A full refund less 10% is available 45 days prior to a course, conference or workshop. No refunds are available less than 45 days before a course, conference or workshop for any reason. RMPTI reserves the right to cancel a course, conference or workshop at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, an attempt will be made to notify registrants via e-mail as well as by posting a cancellation notice on the RMPTI website, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. The full registration fee will be returned. In all instances, RMPTI’s liability is limited to a refund of registration fee only.
