Cancellation Policy

A full refund less 15% is available 45 days prior to a course, conference or workshop. No refunds are available less than 45 days before a course, conference or workshop for any reason. RMPTI reserves the right to cancel a course, conference or workshop at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, an attempt will be made to notify registrants via e-mail as well as by posting a cancellation notice on the RMPTI website, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. The full registration fee will be returned. In all instances, RMPTI’s liability is limited to a refund of registration fee only.

Request for Change of Program

No change request shall be approved within 45 days of the first day of the training program in which you are enrolled. If a 45-day notice for change request is provided to the student may apply their deposit/training fee towards the following offering of the same program within a 12-month period (ie. Green Stream to Green Stream, etc.). Potential program fee changes shall apply. Otherwise, the cancellation policy shall apply.

Request for Change to Unbundle

If your program has been paid using the Bundle option, the Bundle discount will no longer apply. A revised invoice will be provided and the full fee for each program included in the bundle shall apply plus a 15% administration fee.
