Tye Dye 2018

Third Annual Tye Dye Play Therapy Study Group

November 3 and 4th, 2018.

George Town Inn, Canmore Alberta

This 2-day program is for those who have previously completed a certificate in Play Therapy (Green, Red or Yellow Stream training) through Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

Tye-Dye is held yearly and delves into important topics related to Play Therapy. Those trained in any number of theoretical approaches to play therapy are welcome as the program is based on an integrative play therapy approach, and the Play Therapy Dimensions Model, to conceptualizing play therapy practice and decision-making. The program is limited to 25 participants and focuses on special topics each year.

Applicants will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. We have once again secured the Georgetown Inn in Canmore, Alberta for this event. The rooms vary in rates but we have the best rates for the time of year. We are encouraging people to stay together as a group at the Georgetown Inn as this is a small group experience. Please note you can share rooms to reduce costs. Once you have been accepted into the Study Group, you can proceed to book your room. The information will be emailed to you on acceptance.

The fee is $525.00 Included in your fee: 2 continental breakfasts and one luncheon. There will also be a group evening activity on Saturday night. Accommodation is extra.
